Article 3: Setting Up Shipping Rates and Zones

Guide to configuring shipping rates, setting up zones, and ensuring smooth delivery processes.
Note: People who have already configured shipping but are encountering errors, such as "the product isn't available for delivery to my location" or "the order cannot be shipped to the selected address." Watch this video in our Facebook group. 
For everyone else, follow these seven steps, and then watch the video to ensure you complete the last step mentioned only in the video above. 

1.  Go to settings >> Shipping and delivery
   
   
   
   
   1. Click on General >> Add shipping zone
      
      
      
       
   2. Enter the zone name (e.g., USA) and select the country (USA) if you are selling in the United States.
   3. Once you've entered the zone name and selected the country, click 'Done' to confirm your choices.
      
      
      
      
   4. After confirming the zone name and country, click 'Add Rate' to set the shipping rates for this zone.
      
      
      
      

   5. After clicking 'Add Rate', fill in the following details:

      • Rate Type: Use flat rate.
      • Shipping Rate: Express (1 to 2 business days).
      • Price: $4.95 (or any price you wish to charge for shipping)
        Once the details are entered, click 'Done' to confirm the shipping rate.
        
        
        
   6. To offer free shipping for orders over $50, click 'Add Rate' again. This time, set the 'Rate Type' to 'Use flat rate' and enter $0.00 for the price. Then, click on 'Add conditional pricing' to set conditions for free shipping.
      

      Next Steps:

      1. Click 'Add Rate' again to introduce a free shipping option.

      2. In the 'Add Rate' window, set the following:

         • Rate Type: Use flat rate.
         • Shipping Rate: Free shipping.
         • Price: $0.00 (for free shipping).

      3. Click 'Add conditional pricing'.

      4. Select 'Based on order price' from the condition options.

      5. Set the minimum order price to $50 (or any amount you choose for free shipping). This will offer free shipping for orders over this price.

      6. Click 'Done' to save the free shipping rate with the condition.
         
         
         
         
         

      7. Finally, click 'Save' at the top of the page to confirm all your shipping rate changes.
