A remake is the process of reproducing and reshipping part or all of an order due to a qualifying issue. This is not a refund, but rather a solution to ensure your customer receives a product that meets expectations.
📋 When Are You Eligible for a Remake?
You can request a remake under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If the item, packaging, or any component arrives damaged or not up to BeautyBoss quality standards.

Example: Damaged bottle, leaking product, misprinted label, etc.

We will only resend the affected component (e.g., bottle, box, label).
2. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders:

You received the wrong product or the customization (e.g., brand label) is missing or incorrect.

A clear photo or video of the product and packaging is required.
3. Shipping Issues (Lost or Delayed in Transit):

If your shipment has been stuck in transit for more than:

15 days (U.S. orders)

30 days (International orders)

Note: Delays caused by customs clearance or holidays may not qualify.

Remake requests may be denied if:

To submit a remake request:

Select "Post Delivery Order Issues" as the ticket category.

A detailed explanation of the issue

Photo or video proof of the product AND its packaging

Our team will review the request within 1-2 business days and follow up accordingly.

Remake claims submitted without sufficient evidence will not be considered.

Only the specific damaged or incorrect items will be remade.

Remakes are free of charge and shipped with the same shipping method as the original order.
